Greetings,
My name is Brian Johnson. I am married to a wonderful wife and have 3 great kid's. All 3 of my children are grown . I also have a fabulous grandson that loves just about any type of sport he can play, and wonderful son-in-law that loves and takes care of my daughter and grandson. I have learned many things through this journey we call life, not only in formal education but also in on the job training, and personal experience.
My formal education consists of a diploma in Theology from INSTE Bible College; associates, bachelors, and masters in psychology through University of Phoenix; and I am presently working on my Doctorate in Ministry Biblical counseling from Andersonville Seminary. I have also completed over the years; two management training programs including an advanced management program.
In the area of certifications and licences I have completed; Critical stress Incident Management (both group and peer), Anger management certification, Pastoral Crisis Counseling, Nursing home chaplaincy, jail chaplaincy, public safety chaplaincy, anger management, both Suicide prevention (QPR), (QPR gatekeeper) instructor and suicide triage, Interpersonal communications trainer (Colorcode),Mental Health First aid instructor, and both and instructor and proctor for Serv Safe manager level. In the area of first responders have completed; the Kootenai County Sheriff's department chaplains Academy. EMT training, trained through essentials of firefighting and wild land firefighting. I have also completed many of the FEMA courses up to ICS 300. I am licenced and ordained both as a minister of the Gospel and a chaplain. I am also a licensed professional Christian Counselor.
Experience is a great teacher. I have managed restaurants since 1994, been a pastor since 1998. and a chaplain since 2008, along with fire and ems since 2012, I have been the senior pastor at Hauser Lake Christian Ministries since 2011, senior chaplain with Chaplains Fellowship International since 2008, general manager of Zips Restaurant, I have been a chaplain for both Kootenai County Sheriffs Office, and Hauser Lake Fire. I am also the Founder and President of Heidi's House of Hope.
My heart in all of this is that I can teach what I have learned to help people and equip them with tools in all aspects of life; professional, personal, and spiritual to better themselves and help others along the way.
